MapQL Methods

#find(<Query Operators>)

Search the MapQL() with the supplied query operators. The result is a Cursor with matching Document objects. Entries that have an Object as the value can be searched with dot notation fields. See Query Operators for more information.

MapQLInstance.find({ '<Field>.<Field>.<Field>': { '<Operator>': '<Value>' } });

Example of the dot notation feature:

// Cursor [ Document { _id: 'foo', value: { bar: { baz: 1 } } } ]
MapQLInstance.find({ 'bar.baz': { $eq: 1 } });

#findPromise(<Query Operators>)

The Promise based version of #find(). More information to come.

#update(<Query Operators>, <Update Operators>)

Search the MapQL() with the supplied query operators, apply any updates to the matching documents with the update operators. The result is a Cursor with the updated Document objects. See Update Operators for more information.

#export(<Options>)

Export the `MapQL` entries as JSON. More information to come.

#import(<Options>)

Import JSON entries; usually retrieved from previous export() calls. More information to come.
